Finding an agent's results (Deliveries) Guide
The Deliveries tab is where an agent's finished outputs and run results collect, so you can find, preview, and download them.

When an agent finishes a job, its results collect on the Deliveries tab. This is the place to look when you want to find, review, or download what an agent produced — a report, a PDF, an image, or the outcome of a run.
What the Deliveries tab shows
Deliveries brings together the tangible outputs of your agent's work. Each time the agent runs and produces something, it appears here so you can find it later without digging through a chat or an inbox.
Typical deliveries include:
- Files the agent generated — reports, PDFs, spreadsheets, and images.
- Run results — the output of a scheduled or triggered run.
- A record of the work — so you can trace which run produced which result.
Note: Output files also appear on the agent's Files tab under its produced files. Deliveries is the results-focused view; Files is where you browse the agent's produced files alongside its own persona and memory files.
Open the Deliveries tab
- Go to your agents and open the agent whose results you want.
- On the agent's detail page, select the Deliveries tab.
- Browse the list of results the agent has produced.
Open, preview, and download a result
From Deliveries you can work with any output the agent has generated:
- Select a delivery to open it.
- Preview the file to confirm it's the one you want.
- Download it to your device to share it, file it, or use it elsewhere.
This makes Deliveries the quickest path to the finished artifact — you don't need to re-run the agent or reconstruct the result.
When you don't see a delivery yet
If the tab is empty or a result you expected isn't there, a few things are usually going on:
- The agent hasn't run yet. Deliveries fill in after the agent has done work. If you've just set the agent up, run it once and check back.
- The run didn't produce a file. Some runs report back to you in a message rather than generating a downloadable output. In that case there's nothing to collect on Deliveries.
- You're looking at the wrong agent. Deliveries are scoped to the specific agent that produced them. Confirm you've opened the agent that ran the job.
Tip: If an agent should be producing a result but isn't, it may be missing a capability — for example, the ability to create a file. You can ask the AI builder on the Build tab to give the agent what it needs, then run it again.
Getting notified when a result is ready
You don't have to keep checking the Deliveries tab. An agent can keep you posted on its work — for example, emailing you a summary or pinging you on a connected channel when a run finishes. You set this up in plain English on the agent's Settings and by telling the AI builder how you'd like to be reached. The finished output still collects on Deliveries, so the notification and the tab work together: you hear that the work is done, then open Deliveries to get the file.
Deliveries vs. the agent's other tabs
It helps to know where each kind of content lives:
| Tab | What you'll find |
|---|---|
| Deliveries | The results and output files an agent has produced, ready to preview and download. |
| Files | The agent's produced files, plus its own persona and memory files. |
| Build | Where you set the agent up and adjust it in plain English with the AI builder. |
For anything you want to keep, download it from Deliveries so you have your own copy.
