Using the Help Center Guide

Learn how to open, search, and browse the Praxivara Help Center from inside the app and from the marketing site.

The Help Center is a searchable knowledge base of FAQ, troubleshooting guides, and account, billing, and security articles. You can browse it any time, from anywhere, without waiting for a reply.

What the Help Center is for

The Help Center holds short, self-serve articles that help you answer a question or resolve an issue on your own. It covers topics like resetting your password, understanding billing, connecting your tools, and keeping your account secure.

It is public, so you can read it whether or not you are signed in, and it works well on both desktop and mobile.

Tip: The Help Center answers "how do I..." and "why is this happening" questions. When you need a deeper, end-to-end walkthrough of a product feature, use the product Documentation instead — you can jump straight to it from many Help Center articles.

Open the Help Center from the app

When you are signed in to Praxivara, you can reach the Help Center in a couple of steps:

  1. Open the account menu in the app sidebar.
  2. Select Help Center.

The Help Center opens in your browser so you can keep your work open and refer back to it.

Open it from the marketing site

You do not need to be signed in to browse. From the Praxivara marketing site, you can reach the Help Center through the links in the site header and footer. This is handy if you are troubleshooting a sign-in issue and cannot get into the app.

Search for an article

Search is the fastest way to find what you need.

  1. Open the Help Center.
  2. Type a keyword or short phrase into the search box — for example reset password, billing, or connect Gmail.
  3. Choose the article that best matches your question from the results.

Keep your search terms simple. A few well-chosen keywords usually work better than a full sentence.

If search returns nothing useful

If you cannot find a matching article, try these steps:

  • Search again with different or broader keywords.
  • Browse the topic categories to find a related guide.
  • Ask the in-app AI assistant your question directly — it searches the Help Center and Documentation for you and links to the most relevant articles.
  • Use the support widget in the corner of the page to search articles or reach the support team.

Browse by topic

If you would rather explore than search, browse the Help Center by category. Articles are grouped into areas such as:

  • Getting started and everyday how-to
  • Troubleshooting common issues
  • Account, billing, and plans
  • Security and privacy

Each article is written as a set of clear steps, so you can follow along and resolve the issue yourself.

Move from the Help Center to Documentation

The Help Center and the product Documentation work together. Use the Help Center for quick answers and troubleshooting; use Documentation for deeper, feature-by-feature how-to guides.

When an article covers a topic that has a fuller guide, it links you across to the relevant Documentation so you can keep reading without starting a new search.

When you would rather talk to someone

Reading an article is not always what you want, and that is fine. Every page has a support widget in the corner where you can search articles, open a support ticket, or — on plans that include it — start a live chat. Every plan can open a ticket, so you always have a way to reach the team.

Note: The support widget recognizes you when you are signed in, so your requests are tied to your account. It also works for logged-out visitors on the Help Center, which is useful if you are locked out and need help getting back in.
