Where your files live — My Drive, Assistant Drive, and Agent Drive — and how to save, organize, and delete them.

Your Drive is where every file you and your assistant work with is kept in one place — things you upload, files that come out of your chats and agents, voice recordings, and files that arrive over your connected channels. Open it from Drive in the sidebar.
Files are private to you and your workspace. Uploads and saved files count toward your workspace storage.
The three views
- My Drive — your own files: what you upload, plus anything you ask the assistant to save to your personal drive. These stay yours permanently.
- Assistant Drive — files from your chats with the assistant.
- Agent Drive — files your agents produced on their runs (reports, PDFs).
Saving and organizing
- Tell the assistant “save this to my drive” to keep a file in My Drive for good.
- Create folders and move files into them, or ask the assistant to do it.
- Star a file to find it easily, or Keep it so it survives its chat or agent being deleted.
Deleting a file
Deleting a file removes it everywhere and frees your storage. There is no trash, so it cannot be recovered — download a copy first if you might need it. If the file was attached to an agent delivery, that delivery will show it as removed.
