Every Praxivara plan comes with a generous amount of file storage for the chats, agents, channels, recordings, and uploads you accumulate as you work. This article explains how much each plan includes, how to check what you're using, and what to do when you get close to your limit.

Storage included with each plan

Your plan comes with a set amount of file storage. As you move to higher plans, your included storage increases:

PlanIncluded storage
Plus50 GB
Pro100 GB
Premium150 GB
Elite200 GB

Your total quota is your plan's included allowance plus any storage add-ons you've purchased. If you buy extra storage, that amount is added on top of the figures above.

Note: Storage measures the space your files occupy over time — it's separate from the credits you spend on the work the platform performs each billing period.

What uses your storage

Storage is consumed by the files your account keeps, grouped by source so you can see exactly where space is going. Common sources include:

  • Chats — files and attachments from your conversations
  • Agents — knowledge files and materials your agents use
  • Channels — media shared over connected channels
  • Mail — attachments in your Praxivara Mail
  • Voice recordings — audio saved from calls
  • Uploads — files you've added directly
  • Profile & branding — logos and images you've set
  • Generated files — documents and media the assistant creates

How to check your storage

You can see your storage at a glance on the Usage page:

  1. Open Settings from the sidebar.
  2. Go to the Usage tab.
  3. Find the storage meter, which shows how many GB you've used versus your total quota, along with the percentage full.

The meter turns amber when you pass 80% of your quota and red once it's full, so you'll have warning before you run out. You can also ask the assistant questions like "how much storage am I using?" or "am I full?" to get the exact figures.

What happens when storage fills up

When you reach your quota, new files can't be saved until you free space or add more. If an upload or a saved file fails because you're out of space, you have two options: reclaim space by removing files you no longer need, or increase your total quota with a storage add-on.

Free up space

The Usage page includes a breakdown of what's using your storage, grouped by source with the largest items first and links to open each one. To reclaim space:

  1. On the Usage page, expand the storage breakdown to see which chats, agents, or channels are holding the most files.
  2. Open the item you want to review directly from the breakdown.
  3. Delete the underlying chat, agent, or file. Its space is freed immediately.

Add more storage

If you'd rather keep everything, you can raise your quota by purchasing a storage add-on from your Billing settings. The additional GB is added to your plan's included allowance, and you'll see the split between your plan allowance and purchased add-on space on the Usage page.

Tip: A quick way to stay well under your limit is to periodically clear out old voice recordings and large uploads you no longer need — these are often the biggest single consumers of space.

Storage on higher plans

If you regularly bump against your limit, moving to a higher plan raises your included allowance without needing separate add-ons. Compare your typical usage on the Usage page against the figures above to decide whether upgrading your plan or adding storage is the better fit for how you work.
