The integrations catalog is the directory of every tool you can connect to Praxivara, from email and calendars to CRMs, accounting, e-commerce, team chat, storage, and research data sources. This guide shows you how to search and filter the catalog and how to read what's already connected versus what's still available.
Open the catalog
Go to the Integrations page in your workspace. You'll see a grid of apps grouped into categories, along with a search box and category filters. Each app appears as a card you can open to learn more before you connect it.
Connections you make are private to you and scoped to your workspace, so the catalog reflects your own setup — not anyone else's.
Search for a specific app
The fastest way to find a tool is to search for it by name.
- Type the app's name into the search box at the top of the catalog.
- The grid narrows as you type to show matching apps.
- Open the matching card to see what the app does and how it connects.
Tip: If you can't find an app, try a shorter or alternate name. Research and data-source integrations are often listed as "<Company> Research," so searching the company name usually surfaces them.
Filter by category
If you'd rather browse than search, use the category filters to focus the catalog on one type of tool. Categories include:
- CRM & Customer Data
- Sales & Prospecting
- Email Marketing
- E-commerce & Inventory
- Payments & Billing
- Banking & Accounting
- SMS/Voice & Messaging
- Team Chat
- Scheduling & Calendar
- Meetings & Video
- Docs & Spreadsheets
- Productivity & Notes
- Customer Support
- Developer Tools
Praxivara's own built-in channels — such as Praxivara Phone and Praxivara Mail — appear alongside third-party apps in a "By Praxivara" group, so you can set them up from the same place.
Read the connected vs. available counts
Each app card gives you a quick read on its status and scope.
Connected vs. available apps
An app that you've already linked shows as Connected. An app you haven't linked yet shows as available to connect. This lets you see at a glance what's already wired into your assistant and agents versus what you could still add.
The tools count on a card
Many apps offer more than one action the assistant can take. On these cards, the counts tell you how much of the app you've turned on:
- The connected count is how many of the app's actions you've currently enabled for the assistant.
- The available count is the total number of actions the app supports.
So a card showing a small connected number next to a larger available number means the app is linked, but you've deliberately enabled only some of its actions. You can always widen or narrow that selection later from the connection's action settings.
Note: A connected app with zero enabled actions won't be able to do anything yet. If the assistant says an action "is not enabled," open that app's connection and turn the action on.
Preview an app before connecting
Open any card to review what the integration can do before you commit to it. The capabilities view lists the app's Actions — the things the assistant and your agents can perform — and, where available, its Triggers, which are events that can start an agent automatically, such as a new order or an inbound message.
You can search within this list to check whether an app covers a specific workflow you have in mind. Many apps offer actions only and no triggers, so if automatic runs matter to you, look for the Triggers section specifically.
If an app isn't in the catalog
The catalog reflects the tools Praxivara supports today. If you don't see an app after searching by a few different names and checking related categories, it may not be available yet. In that case, reach out to support so the team knows there's demand for it.
