On this page
When someone adds you to their Praxivara workspace, you receive an email invitation with a link to join. The join page shows you exactly what you are agreeing to — the workspace, the email you were invited as, your seat plan, and your role — before you accept.
What an invite gives you
Accepting an invite adds you to another person's workspace as a teammate. You keep your own Praxivara account and sign in the way you always do, but inside that workspace you work under a seat that the workspace owner provides and pays for. You do not need to buy your own plan to use it.
Once you join, you can switch into the team workspace at any time to see its chats, agents, integrations, and other shared resources — separate from your own workspace.
Everything in Praxivara is grouped by workspace. Joining a team workspace does not merge it with your own — the two stay fully separate, and you move between them from the account menu.
Before you accept: review the details
The join page is designed so you know precisely what you are joining. Take a moment to check each item:
- Workspace name — confirm it is the team or organization you expected.
- Invited email — the exact address the invite was sent to. You must accept while signed in as this email.
- Seat plan — the plan the workspace owner assigned to your seat. This determines the capabilities you have inside that workspace.
- Your role — either Member or Team admin. Team admins can manage the workspace and its people; members work inside it without administrative controls.
How to accept an invite
- Open the invitation email and click the join link.
- On the join page, review the workspace name, the invited email, your seat plan, and your role.
- Sign in to Praxivara using the exact email the invite was sent to. If you do not have an account yet, create one with that same email.
- Click Accept invitation.
- You are added to the team and dropped straight into the workspace, ready to work.
After you join
You are now switched into the team workspace. To move between it and any other workspace you belong to, open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose from the Workspaces list. The active workspace is marked, and your role is shown under each name.
Remember that credits and usage are tracked per workspace, so what you see may look different from your own workspace. Inside a team workspace you use the seat plan the admin assigned — not your personal plan.
If you ever want to stop being part of someone else's workspace, you can leave it at any time from the workspace's team settings.
Troubleshooting
"This invite was sent to X but you're signed in as Y"
You are signed in with a different email than the one the invite was addressed to. Sign out, then sign back in (or sign up) using the exact email shown on the join page, and open the link again.
"This invite isn't valid" or the link has expired
Invite links are single-use and can expire. If yours no longer works, ask the workspace admin to send you a fresh invite.
You don't see a workspace you expected to join
If a workspace does not appear in your Workspaces list, the invite may not have been accepted yet, or your access may have changed. Reopen the invite link to accept, or contact the workspace admin to confirm you were added.
You already have your own workspace
That is fine. Accepting an invite does not replace or affect your own workspace — it simply adds another one you can switch into. Your chats, agents, and integrations stay where they are.
