Praxivara is an AI business assistant built for the way you actually work. It combines a conversational assistant, autonomous agents, connections to the tools you already use, and phone channels that let you reach your assistant from anywhere — all inside a single workspace.
This article gives you the big picture: what Praxivara does, the main parts of the product, and where to go next.
What Praxivara does
Think of Praxivara as an executive assistant that works across your business. You can ask it questions, hand it tasks, and let it act on your behalf — through chat, over the phone, or on a schedule.
Praxivara brings four capabilities together:
- The AI Assistant — a chat where you delegate work in plain language: drafting emails, planning your day, researching, summarizing, and more.
- Agents — assistants you configure once to handle recurring work on their own, so routine jobs get done without you starting each one.
- Integrations — connections to the apps and services you rely on, so your assistant can work with your real data and take action in the tools you already use.
- Phone channels — ways to reach your assistant beyond the browser, so you can message or talk to it from your phone.
Your workspace
After you sign in, everything lives in one workspace made up of three consistent areas:
- The left sidebar — your map of the product. It links to the Dashboard, Assistant, Agents, Integrations, your phone channels, and workspace tools like Tasks, Meetings, Reminders, Notes, Mail, and Contacts. You can collapse it to a slim icon rail to reclaim screen space.
- The top header — carries your notifications bell and an account menu for your identity, workspaces, and settings.
- The main area — where the page you selected opens.
A quick search palette lets you jump to any page or past chat by typing, so you rarely have to hunt through menus.
Tip: The whole workspace is responsive. On a phone, the sidebar becomes a slide-out menu, so you get the same tools in your pocket that you have on your desktop.
The Dashboard
The Dashboard is your home screen — a mission-control view of your day. It greets you with a short summary of what's ahead, and includes an "Ask Praxivara" bar so you can hand off a request the moment you land.
From here you can also see quick-stat tiles, today's meetings, open tasks, recent agent activity, and your latest chats. A short setup checklist helps you get going and disappears once you've finished it.
The account menu
The account menu, found at the bottom of the sidebar, is your hub for identity and workspace-level settings. From it you can:
- Switch between workspaces or create a new one.
- Open Account, Billing, Usage, Team, and Workspace settings.
- Change the appearance between System, Light, and Dark — it applies instantly and is saved to your account.
- Reach Documentation and the Help Center.
- Sign out.
Note: Some pages, such as Billing, Usage, and Team, live under the account menu rather than the main sidebar, and what you see there can depend on your role in the workspace.
Getting started
When you first sign up, a short onboarding flow walks you from a fresh account to a ready-to-use workspace. You'll confirm a few details about yourself, optionally personalize how the assistant addresses you, choose a plan, and start a free trial. At the end you can connect a phone channel or head straight to the Dashboard.
From there, a few first steps get the most out of Praxivara:
- Start a conversation with the AI Assistant to see how it handles a real request.
- Connect your first tool from the Integrations page so your assistant can work with your data.
- Add a phone channel to reach your assistant on the go.
- Build an agent to take a recurring task off your plate.
You don't have to do everything at once. Praxivara is designed to be useful from your very first chat and to grow with you as you connect more tools and delegate more work.
