A tour of the Dashboard (mission control) Guide
A guided walkthrough of your Dashboard: the greeting and day summary, the Ask bar, stat tiles, and activity cards.

On this page
The Dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in — your mission control. It gives you a one-glance view of your day and a fast way to hand work to Praxivara, all from a single page.
The greeting and day summary
At the top of the Dashboard you'll find a personalized greeting and a short summary line. Together they tell you what matters right now: what's due today and a quick sense of what your agents have been working on this week.
This summary is a snapshot, not a full report. Use it to orient yourself in a few seconds, then dive into any card below for the detail.
Tip: If dates or times in your summary look off, check that your account timezone is set correctly in your settings. The Dashboard uses it to decide what counts as "today."
The Ask bar
Just below the greeting is the "Ask Praxivara to do anything" bar. It's the quickest way to delegate a task without leaving the home screen.
- Type your request in plain language — for example, "Summarize my unread email" or "Draft a follow-up to yesterday's meeting."
- Press Enter to send it. Praxivara opens a new chat and starts working on it right away.
- Prefer a shortcut? Tap one of the suggestion chips (such as Plan my day or Draft an email) to hand that request straight to a fresh chat.
Ask bar vs. the full Assistant page
The Ask bar is a launch pad — it starts a new conversation from the Dashboard. The Assistant page in the sidebar is the full workspace, where all your existing chats live and where you'll continue longer, ongoing conversations. Both talk to the same assistant; the Ask bar is simply the fastest on-ramp.
The stat tiles
A row of quick-stat tiles gives you the numbers that matter at a glance. Each tile is a live count you can click to open the full view:
- Tasks — how many tasks are currently open.
- Meetings — what's on your calendar for today.
- Agents — how many of your agents are active.
- Credits — how much of your allowance remains, shown with a usage bar.
Reading the Credits tile
The Credits tile includes a colored usage bar so you can see your remaining allowance at a glance. The color shifts from green toward amber and red as you get closer to your limit — a simple visual cue to keep an eye on. If you're consistently running low, you can review your usage in more detail or adjust your plan from the account menu.
The activity cards
Below the tiles, a set of cards brings the rest of your day together so you can act on it without switching pages:
- Meetings — today's meetings, with the option to join directly from the card.
- Tasks — your open tasks. Tick one off to complete it inline, right from the Dashboard.
- Reminders — what you've asked Praxivara to remind you about.
- Agent activity — recent work your agents have done.
- Recent chats — jump back into a conversation where you left off.
Why some cards look empty at first
On a brand-new account, cards may show messages like "No conversations yet" or "Nothing on the list." That's expected — the Dashboard fills in as you start chatting, create tasks, connect your calendar, and build agents. Give it a day of normal use and it becomes a genuine command center.
The setup checklist
When you're getting started, the Dashboard shows a short "Set up your assistant" checklist to guide your first steps:
- Start a chat with the assistant.
- Connect a tool.
- Add your phone.
- Build an agent.
Work through these at your own pace. Once all four are done, the checklist disappears on its own to keep your home screen clean — so if you notice it's gone, that simply means you've finished setup.
Note: Everything on the Dashboard is responsive. On a phone, the same greeting, Ask bar, tiles, and cards stack into a single column, and the sidebar tucks away behind a slide-out menu — so mission control travels with you.
