Using Praxivara on your phone or tablet Guide

Your full Praxivara workspace works on any phone or tablet browser, with a slide-out menu and touch-friendly panels.

Praxivara runs entirely in your browser, so the same workspace you use on a desktop is available on your phone or tablet — no separate app to install. This guide shows how the layout adapts to a smaller screen and how to move around comfortably by touch.

Getting started on a mobile device

Open your device's web browser, go to your Praxivara workspace, and sign in with the same account you use on desktop. Everything stays in sync: your chats, agents, tasks, and settings all appear exactly as you left them.

  1. Open Safari, Chrome, or your preferred mobile browser.
  2. Sign in with your usual email and password.
  3. You'll land on the same Dashboard you see on desktop, laid out for a narrow screen.

Tip: For quick access, add Praxivara to your home screen from your browser's share or menu options. It will open in its own full-screen window, much like a native app.

The slide-out menu

On a phone, the left sidebar you know from desktop tucks itself away to give your content the full width of the screen. You reach it through the menu button in the top corner of the header.

  • Tap the menu icon to slide the navigation out from the side.
  • From there you can reach the Dashboard, Assistant, Agents, Integrations, and your workspace tools such as Tasks, Meetings, Reminders, Notes, Mail, and Contacts.
  • Tap a destination to open it, and the menu slides away so you can focus on the page.
  • Tap outside the menu or the close control to dismiss it without navigating.

Bottom sheets and touch-friendly panels

Actions that appear as pop-up menus or side panels on desktop are reshaped for touch on smaller screens. Instead of small dropdowns, many options slide up from the bottom of the screen as a sheet that's easy to reach with your thumb.

  • Menus, option lists, and confirmations open as panels anchored to the bottom edge.
  • Swipe down or tap outside the sheet to close it.
  • Cards on the Dashboard — today's meetings, tasks, reminders, and recent chats — stack vertically so you can scroll through your day one item at a time.

Chatting with your assistant on the go

The Assistant works the same way on mobile as it does on desktop. Open a chat, type or dictate your request, and Praxivara responds inline.

  1. From the Dashboard, use the "Ask Praxivara" bar, or open the Assistant from the slide-out menu.
  2. Tap a suggestion chip to hand a common task straight to a new chat, or type your own request.
  3. Use your keyboard's microphone key to dictate longer messages hands-free.

Finding things quickly

The search palette that jumps you to any page or chat is available on mobile too. Open it from the search control in the menu, then start typing to filter results and tap to jump straight there. This is often the fastest way to reach a specific conversation or tool without stepping through several screens.

Notifications, theme, and account settings

The header keeps the essentials within reach on any screen size.

  • Notifications: Tap the bell in the header to review recent alerts.
  • Appearance: Open your account menu and choose System, Light, or Dark. The choice applies instantly and follows you across every device.
  • Account and workspace: Switch workspaces, and open Account, Billing, Usage, and other settings from the same account menu you use on desktop.

Switching between devices

Because your workspace lives in the cloud, you can start something on one device and pick it up on another. Begin a chat on your phone during a commute, then continue it from your laptop at your desk — the conversation and any work in progress are already there.

Note: For the best experience, keep your mobile browser up to date. If a page looks out of place, pull down to refresh or sign in again to reload the latest version of your workspace.
