How and when you get paid

Once you start earning, payouts are largely hands-off. Here's how it works.

Connect your payout account

From the Refer & Earn page, choose Connect payouts and follow the steps in the partner portal. This is where you tell us how to send your earnings.

Holding period and minimum

• Each commission has a 30-day holding period before it becomes payable. This covers refunds and cancellations.
• Once your cleared balance reaches the $10 minimum, it pays out automatically.

Tracking your earnings

The Earnings section of Refer & Earn shows your upcoming and paid amounts, so you always know where you stand. If a referred customer gets a refund, the related commission is reversed.
