How to request permanent account deletion through support, what to prepare first, and when it completes.

You can permanently delete your Praxivara account when you no longer need it. Account deletion is a support-assisted process so we can confirm your identity and make sure the request is intentional before anything is removed.
Before you begin
Deletion is permanent. Once your account is removed, your profile, chats, agents, settings, and other account data are gone and cannot be restored. Take a moment to wrap up anything you want to keep.
- Save any work, conversation history, or agent configurations you may want for your records.
- If you belong to a shared workspace, decide whether you want to leave the workspace instead of deleting your account. You can leave a workspace from the Account tab in Settings without removing your account entirely.
- If you are the owner of a workspace that others rely on, make sure teammates have what they need before you proceed.
Tip: If you only want to stop using Praxivara temporarily or step away from a specific team, leaving a workspace may be a better fit than full deletion. Deletion cannot be undone.
How to request deletion
There is no self-service delete button, and there is no automated data export. To keep the process secure, account deletion is handled by our support team.
- Contact Praxivara support from the email address associated with your account.
- State clearly that you want your account permanently deleted.
- Respond to any verification steps support asks for so we can confirm the request is coming from you.
Sending the request from your account email helps us verify ownership quickly. If you need to reach support from a different address, let us know the account email so we can locate it.
What happens next
Once your request is verified, your account is scheduled for permanent deletion. Deletion is completed within 30 days of your verified request.
During this window, support may confirm details with you if anything needs clarifying. After deletion is complete, you will no longer be able to sign in, and your account data will be permanently removed.
Billing and subscriptions
If your plan includes a recurring subscription, review your billing before requesting deletion so there are no surprises. You can check your current plan and billing details in Settings. If you have questions about your plan or a recent charge, mention them when you contact support and we can help.
Frequently asked questions
Can I undo a deletion request?
Deletion is permanent once completed. If you change your mind before your account has been removed, contact support as soon as possible and we will do our best to stop the process. Once deletion is finished, the account cannot be recovered.
Can I export my data first?
There is no automated data export. If you want to keep specific chats, agent setups, or other details, copy or save them from within the product before you request deletion.
Do I need to cancel anything before requesting deletion?
You do not have to take separate steps, but it is worth reviewing your billing in Settings first. If you have questions about an active subscription, raise them with support when you make your request.
