Update your name, nickname, occupation, and personal details so Praxivara and your assistant work with accurate context.

Your profile controls how you appear across Praxivara and gives your assistant helpful context about you and your organization. Keeping it current also makes scheduling, reminders, and date handling more accurate.
Where to find your profile
Open Settings and go to the Profile tab. This is where your personal and organization details live. Every field here is optional, so you can fill in as much or as little as you like.
Note: The only rule that applies to all customers is age. You must be at least 18 to use Praxivara, so your date of birth must reflect that.
Edit your name and nickname
- Open Settings and select the Profile tab.
- Update your first name, last name, and nickname.
- Save your changes.
Your nickname is how the assistant will refer to you in conversation, so set it to whatever feels natural.
Add your occupation and about-me details
Fields like occupation and an about me description help your assistant understand your role and priorities, so its responses fit your day-to-day work.
- In the Profile tab, add your occupation.
- Write a short about me description covering what you do and anything you'd like the assistant to keep in mind.
- Save your changes.
Set your date of birth
- In the Profile tab, enter your date of birth.
- Save your changes.
If you see a "must be at least 18 years old" message when saving, double-check the date you entered. Praxivara requires all customers to be 18 or older.
Fill in your organization details
You can add context about where you work, including your organization's name, website, industry, size, your role, and location. These details give the assistant background about your business.
Good to know: These organization fields are descriptive context for your profile only. They are separate from your actual team or workspace membership, which is managed elsewhere. Editing them here does not change who has access to your account or workspaces.
Set your time zone
Your time zone is one of the most useful fields to get right. It determines how reminders are scheduled and how the assistant interprets phrases like "today" and "tomorrow."
- In the Profile tab, select your time zone.
- Save your changes.
If reminders or dates ever seem off by a few hours, confirming your time zone here is the first thing to check.
Which fields are required?
All profile fields are optional, with one exception: the age requirement tied to your date of birth. You can complete your profile gradually and return to add more detail whenever it's helpful. The more context you provide, the better your assistant can tailor its help to you.

No. Every profile field is optional. The only requirement is that, if you enter a date of birth, it must show you are at least 18.
