You can cancel your Praxivara subscription at any time. Cancelling doesn't cut you off immediately — you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and your plan simply won't renew after that.
How to cancel
- Open Settings and go to the Billing page.
- Find your current plan and subscription status near the top of the page.
- Select the option to cancel your subscription.
- You'll be asked for a short reason and given the chance to leave optional feedback. This helps us improve, but it won't change how your cancellation is handled.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Once you confirm, your subscription is scheduled to end rather than ending right away. The Billing page updates to show a status indicating your plan will not renew.
Tip: After cancelling, check the date shown on the Billing page. That date is when your access ends and no further charges will be made.
Keeping access until your period ends
Cancelling stops the next renewal — it does not remove access to what you've already paid for. You keep your plan's full features until the end of the current billing period.
Because you retain access for the remainder of the period, cancelling does not trigger a refund for the unused portion of that period. If you cancel partway through a month or year, you're free to keep using Praxivara until the paid period runs out.
Changing your mind: resuming your subscription
If you cancel and then decide to stay, you can resume your subscription as long as it hasn't yet lapsed.
- Return to Settings → Billing.
- While your plan still shows as scheduled to cancel, select the option to resume your subscription.
- Your plan returns to its normal renewing state and will continue billing on its usual schedule.
Once the period has fully ended and your subscription has lapsed, resuming is no longer available — you would start a new subscription instead.
What happens to your purchased credits
While your subscription is still active, any extra credits you purchased remain available to use as normal. This includes the time between cancelling and your access ending — you can keep using your credits right up to that point.
When the subscription ends, any remaining purchased credits are removed along with your plan access. If you have unused credits you'd like to make the most of, use them before your access ends.
Note: Because leftover purchased credits don't carry over after your subscription ends, it's worth reviewing your remaining balance on the Usage page before your access lapses.
Downgrading instead of cancelling
If your goal is to reduce what you pay rather than leave entirely, consider moving to a lower plan instead of cancelling. You can change plans at any time from the Billing page, and doing so lets you keep your account, your settings, and an active subscription.
If your plan is managed by a workspace
If your access to Praxivara is provided through a workspace, billing is handled by your workspace administrator. In that case there's no subscription for you to cancel yourself — reach out to your workspace admin, who manages the plan on your behalf.
