Praxivara keeps a record of every charge on your account, so you can view a full billing history and download invoice PDFs whenever you need them — for plan renewals, credit packs, and other add-ons. This guide shows you where to find them.
Where to find your invoices
Your billing history lives on the Billing page. To get there:
- Open Settings.
- Go to Billing.
- Scroll to your billing history, where past charges are listed with their date and amount.
Tip: Each entry in your billing history covers a single charge — a plan renewal, a credit pack, extra storage, or another add-on — so you can match an invoice to exactly what was purchased.
Downloading an invoice PDF
Each charge in your billing history has its own invoice you can open or save.
- Find the charge you want in your billing history.
- Open its invoice to view the details.
- Download or save the PDF to your device.
The invoice PDF includes the date, a description of what was purchased, any applicable tax or VAT itemized separately, and the total amount charged. Because the invoice reflects your billing address, it's suitable for your own records and for submitting to your finance or accounts team.
Finding receipts for credit packs and add-ons
Purchases beyond your regular plan — such as extra credit packs, additional storage, or other add-ons — appear in the same billing history alongside your plan renewals. Each one generates its own invoice you can download the same way.
If you've bought several credit packs, each purchase is listed as a separate line with its own date and amount, so you can tell them apart at a glance.
Understanding what's on an invoice
Taxes and VAT
If tax or VAT applies to your purchase, it's calculated from your billing address and shown as a separate line on the invoice. Keeping your billing address current ensures your invoices are accurate.
Your total charge
An invoice reflects everything included in that charge. For a plan renewal, that can include your plan plus any add-ons, seats, or phone numbers active at the time — which is why the total may differ from a plan's headline price.
If your plan is managed by a workspace
When your plan is provided through a workspace, billing is handled by the workspace admin. In that case there's nothing for you to pay or manage yourself, and invoices are available to the admin who manages the workspace's billing rather than on your own Billing page.
Troubleshooting
I can't find a recent charge
Your billing history updates as charges are processed. If a very recent purchase isn't showing yet, refresh your billing status from the Billing page to pull the latest information, then check again.
The details on my invoice are wrong
Invoices reflect the billing address on file at the time of the charge. Update your billing address on the Billing page so future invoices are correct. If a past invoice needs to be corrected, contact support.
