If your assistant and agents are doing more work than your plan's included credits cover, you can add extra credits at any time. You can buy a one-time top-up whenever you need it, or set up a recurring pack that renews each month. Purchased credits stay on your account and carry over, so nothing is wasted.
Before you start
Extra credit packs are managed from your Billing page. To buy them, you'll need an active plan and at least one card on file.
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Make sure a payment method and billing address are saved, since your address is used to calculate any applicable tax.
- If your plan is provided through a workspace, credits and billing are handled by your workspace admin and there won't be anything for you to buy here.
Buy a one-time credit top-up
A one-time top-up adds credits to your account immediately, with a single charge. It's the fastest way to cover a busy stretch without changing your plan.
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Find the section for buying extra credits and choose the top-up you want.
- Review the order summary, including any tax calculated from your billing address.
- Confirm the purchase. The credits are added to your balance right away.
Tip: Not sure how many credits you're getting through? Check Settings → Usage to see how much you've used this period and exactly where it went before deciding how much to top up.
Set up a recurring monthly pack
If you consistently need more credits than your plan includes, a recurring pack renews automatically each month so you don't have to top up by hand.
- Open Settings → Billing.
- In the extra credits section, choose the recurring option instead of a one-time purchase.
- Review the summary, including any applicable tax, then confirm.
- The pack is added to your account now and renews on your regular billing cycle going forward.
You can change or stop a recurring pack later from the same Billing page.
How purchased credits roll over
Credits you buy as a top-up or recurring pack are yours to keep. They don't expire at the end of your billing period the way included plan credits refresh, so anything you don't use stays on your balance and is available next period.
Note: Purchased credits are tied to an active subscription. If you cancel and your subscription ends, any remaining purchased credits are removed once access lapses.
Keep automatic top-ups running smoothly
If you turn on automatic top-ups, credits are added for you when your balance runs low, which helps avoid interruptions during heavy use.
- Make sure your default card is current. If a card is declined, replace it rather than just adding another, so future charges use the right one.
- Confirm your billing address is complete and verified, since a missing or unverifiable address can cause a charge to fail.
Check your invoices
Every credit purchase appears on your billing history. To download a receipt or confirm what you were charged, open Settings → Billing and view your past invoices, where tax is itemized separately.
