Not getting your Daily Briefs or a routine?
If your Daily Briefs or a routine isn't reaching your phone, this quick checklist fixes it — it's almost always the delivery channel.

Routines — including your built-in Daily Briefs — are delivered to your phone through a connected messaging channel. If one isn't showing up, it's almost always a delivery issue, and the checklist below fixes it. Start at the top.
Work through this checklist
This is the most common fix. Make sure WhatsApp, iMessage, Telegram, or SMS is connected. See Connecting a messaging channel or Getting your assistant onto your phone.
Daily Briefs switches on automatically a short while after you connect a channel and finish setting up your account. Your first brief then lands at its next scheduled time.
On the Routines page, confirm it isn't turned off or paused.
A routine arrives at its scheduled time in your time zone. If the setting looks right but the hour is off, confirm your time zone.
Routines need credits to run. If you've used up your credits for the period, runs stop until you top up — see running out of credits.
A routine that hit repeated problems pauses itself. See Why a routine paused or stopped.
Still not arriving?
If you've worked through everything above and your brief still isn't coming through, we're happy to help. Reach us through the support widget or open a ticket, and mention the routine's name and the channel you expect it on.
Common questions
Where exactly are briefs delivered?
To the phone messaging channel you connected — the same place you chat with your assistant from your phone.
I connected a channel but still see nothing.
A newly connected routine (Daily Briefs included) starts on its next scheduled run once the channel is connected and setup is complete. If that time has passed with nothing, double-check the routine is switched on and that you have credits.
Can a routine call me instead of texting?
No. Routines are delivered as messages, never as phone calls.
