Buying a domain for your app
Get a new domain from the Domains tab: suggested names, purchase, and records set up for you.

Open Domains
Press Get a new domain.
Pick a name
Names are suggested for your app. Search for another if you prefer.
Buy it
Complete the purchase in the window that opens. The records that point the domain at your app are set up for you.
Wait for Live
The Domains tab shows the status. You get an email when it is live.
Renewals
The purchase confirmation tells you where the domain is registered. Renewals and the domain's own settings are handled there, and the records that point it at your app stay as they were set.
