Exporting a table
Download every row of a table as a CSV or JSON file from the Database tab.

Open Database
In the app's dashboard, find the table.
Open its menu
Press the three dots on the table's card.
Choose a format
Export CSV for a spreadsheet, Export JSON for another program. The download starts straight away.
What the file contains
- Every current row of the table, oldest first. Deleted rows are not included.
- Each row's id, when it was created and when it was last changed, then the table's own fields in order.
- In the CSV, a json field is written as JSON text in its cell; a yes/no field is written as true or false.
Good to know
- The file is named after the app, the table and today's date.
- Exports are yours to keep; nothing changes in the app.
- Only the app's owner can export. Someone viewing the app as an administrator cannot.
