| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending verification | The records have not been seen yet. |
| Verifying | Records found; the certificate is being issued. |
| Live | Serving your app over HTTPS. |
| Not reachable | The domain worked before and does not now. |
| Action needed | Something you can fix; the panel says what. |
Records not found
- Open DNS records on the Domains tab to see what your domain actually publishes.
- Compare each record with the ones the panel asks for. A common slip is entering the full domain as the name when the provider wanted just the prefix, which creates www.yourcompany.com.yourcompany.com.
- Give it time. Most changes show within minutes; some providers take hours.
Not reachable after it was live
Something changed at your provider: a record was edited or removed, or the domain moved to a different provider. Add the records again and press Verify.
Asked for a TXT record
In the rare case the domain was connected to a different app on Praxivara before, the panel asks for a short TXT record to prove it is yours. Add it, then Verify.
