Credit add-ons and auto top-up Guide

Your plan comes with a monthly credit allowance, but busy periods happen. When you need more headroom, you can buy extra credits as add-ons and let auto top-up keep your balance filled so work never stops partway through.

Two ways to add credits

Praxivara offers two kinds of credit add-ons, and you can use either or both:

• One-time top-up — a single credit pack added to your balance right away. Best when you have a short burst of heavy activity and just need a boost.
• Recurring monthly pack — a credit pack that renews each billing period alongside your plan. Best when your usage is consistently above what your plan alone covers.

Credits you buy as add-ons carry over from one month to the next while your subscription is active. Your included monthly credits are always spent first, so the extra credits you purchase are only drawn down once your monthly allowance runs out.

Buy a credit pack

1. Open Settings and go to the Billing page.
2. Find the credit add-ons area and choose one-time top-up or a recurring monthly pack.
3. Select the pack size you want.
4. Confirm the purchase using the card on file.

A one-time top-up applies immediately. A recurring pack starts on your next billing cycle and repeats each period until you cancel it.

Tip: Not sure how much you need? Open the Usage page first to see how many credits you've used this period and how many remain. You can also ask the assistant "how many credits do I have left" for exact numbers.

Turn on auto top-up

Auto top-up watches your balance and automatically buys a credit pack when you drop below a threshold you set — so you never stall in the middle of a task.

1. On the Billing page, find the auto top-up setting.
2. Turn it on.
3. Set the low-balance threshold — the point at which a top-up should trigger (for example, when 200 credits are left).
4. Choose which pack auto top-up should buy each time it runs.
5. Save your settings.

From then on, whenever your balance falls below the threshold, Praxivara buys your chosen pack automatically using the card on file and adds the credits to your account.

If you can't enable auto top-up

Auto top-up requires an active plan with a valid card on file. If the option is unavailable, confirm your subscription is active and that your payment method is up to date on the Billing page.

Manage or cancel recurring add-ons

You stay in control of any recurring credit add-on:

• View your active recurring add-ons on the Billing page.
• Change the pack or threshold at any time by updating your auto top-up settings.
• Cancel a recurring pack to stop future renewals, or resume it later if your needs change.

Cancelling a recurring add-on stops it from renewing again. Credits already added to your balance remain available and continue to carry over while your subscription is active.

Good to know

• Auto top-up and manual top-ups can be used together — auto top-up simply removes the need to remember.
• Purchased credits roll over month to month; your included monthly credits reset each billing period.
• Inbound phone calls and received mail are always free and never draw down your credits.
