On this page
The Usage page shows exactly what spent your credits this billing period, grouped by source. You can expand any category, drill into individual charges, and open the conversation behind a charge to see what happened.
Open the Usage page
Your Usage page lives in Settings, under the Usage tab, which you can reach from the sidebar. At the top you will see the credits you have used this period against your plan's monthly allowance, how many remain, and when they renew.
Below that summary, your usage is broken down by category so you can see where everything went without doing any math.
Tip: You can also ask the assistant questions like "how many credits do I have left" or "which agent used the most credits" and get exact figures in reply.
Expand a category
Credits are grouped into clear categories such as AI Chat, Channels, AI Agents, and Voice. Each category shows its share of the total so you can spot your biggest consumer at a glance.
- Find the category you want to inspect, for example AI Agents or Channels.
- Select it to expand the group.
- Review the list of items inside, such as the individual chats, agents, or channels that spent credits within that category.
The largest consumers are easiest to identify here, which helps when one category is running much higher than the others.
Drill into an individual charge
Once a category is expanded, you can go one level deeper into a specific chat, agent, or channel to see the charges that make it up.
- Select the chat, agent, or channel you want to review.
- Look at the per-charge detail, including the amount and the timestamp for when it happened.
- Use the timestamps to line up a charge with something you remember doing.
This is the fastest way to answer "why did this cost what it did" — you can see each charge attributed to a source you recognize, in order.
Open the conversation behind a charge
Every charge links back to the work that produced it, so you can review the actual exchange rather than guess.
- From a charge in the breakdown, select the link to open its conversation.
- Read through the chat, agent run, or channel thread to see what took place.
- Return to the Usage page when you are done to continue reviewing other categories.
Opening the conversation is useful when a single chat or agent stands out and you want the full context behind it.
What to expect in the breakdown
A few things are worth knowing as you read your usage:
- Credits are spent on the work the platform performs for you — the assistant, your agents, and activity across your channels.
- Outgoing phone calls and sent emails spend credits, while incoming phone calls and received mail are always free and unlimited.
- A brand-new account will show "No usage yet" until you start using the assistant, agents, or channels. That is normal.
Note: If you have purchased extra credits, the Usage page notes any additional credits carried over. Your plan's monthly credits are always spent first, so carried-over credits are only used once the monthly allowance runs out.
If you have run low
The credits summary uses a progress bar that turns amber as you approach your allowance and red once it is used up, so running low is easy to notice before it interrupts your work. If you need more before the period renews, you can add a credit pack from the Billing page, or turn on auto top-up so a pack is added automatically when your balance gets low.
