Integrations let your Praxivara assistant and agents work directly inside the tools you already use — your email, calendar, CRM, help desk, and more. This guide walks you through opening the catalog, connecting your first tool, and confirming it is ready before you hand off any work.
Open the integrations catalog
Open Integrations from the left sidebar. This is your catalog — a browsable list of every tool Praxivara can connect to, grouped by category.
- Select Integrations in the sidebar to open the catalog.
- Browse by category, or use the search box to find a specific tool by name.
- Select a tool to open its details and see what your assistant and agents will be able to do once it is connected.
Tip: Not sure what to connect first? Start with the tool you touch most during the day — your email or calendar. The assistant becomes far more useful the moment it can see your real schedule and inbox.
Connect the tool
Each tool has its own quick connection flow. Praxivara guides you through it step by step.
- On the tool's page, choose the option to connect it.
- Complete the sign-in or authorization step. Depending on the tool, this may open a secure window where you approve access with that provider, or ask you to enter a key from the tool's own settings.
- Approve the access Praxivara requests. You stay in control — you can review and remove a connection at any time.
- Return to Praxivara. The tool's status updates once the connection is complete.
You only connect a tool once. After that, it stays available to your assistant and agents in this workspace until you disconnect it.
Note: Connections are made per workspace. If you work across more than one workspace, connect the tool in each workspace where you want it available.
Confirm it is connected
Before you ask the assistant to use a new tool, take a moment to confirm the connection succeeded. This avoids a request failing partway through simply because authorization did not finish.
- Return to the Integrations page and check that the tool shows as connected.
- Open the tool's details to review what it can now do and, where applicable, which account it is linked to.
- If the tool still appears disconnected, run the connection flow again and make sure you complete every approval step, including any windows that open with the provider.
Ask the assistant to use it
Once the tool is connected, you can put it to work right away.
- Open the Assistant from the sidebar, or use the Ask Praxivara bar on your Dashboard.
- Describe what you want in plain language — for example, asking it to check your calendar for tomorrow, draft a reply to a recent email, or pull up a contact.
- The assistant uses the connected tool automatically when your request calls for it.
Your agents can use connected tools too. When you build or edit an agent, it can draw on the same integrations available in the workspace to carry out its tasks.
Troubleshooting
The tool still shows as not connected
Run the connection flow again from the tool's page. The most common cause is closing the authorization window before the final approval step. Complete every step through to the end and you should see the status change.
The assistant says it cannot do something
Confirm the tool is connected in the workspace you are currently using, and that you completed the authorization. If a request needs a permission the connection did not grant, reconnect the tool and approve the access it asks for.
You want to remove a connection
Open the tool on the Integrations page and choose the option to disconnect it. You can reconnect later at any time.
