Understanding your dashboard stat tiles Guide
A quick guide to the four dashboard stat tiles — Tasks, Meetings, Agents, and Credits — and what the usage bar colors mean.

On this page
When you land on your Dashboard, a row of four stat tiles sits near the top of the page. They give you an at-a-glance read on your day and your account so you can decide where to focus before you dive into anything else.
This article explains what each tile shows and how to read the Credits usage bar.
The four stat tiles
Each tile is a compact summary of one part of your workspace. The numbers refresh as your day unfolds, so the tiles stay current whether you are working from the web app or your phone.
Tasks
The Tasks tile shows how many open tasks you currently have — the items that still need attention. It is a fast way to gauge your workload at a glance. To see the full list, open the Tasks tool from the sidebar, or use the Tasks card lower on the Dashboard, where you can tick items off as you complete them.
Meetings
The Meetings tile shows how many meetings you have today. It reflects your schedule for the current day, so it resets as each new day begins. For the details — times, titles, and join links — use the Meetings card on the Dashboard or open the Meetings tool from the sidebar.
Tip: If your meeting times or the "today" count look off, check that your account timezone is set correctly in your settings. The tiles follow your account timezone.
Agents
The Agents tile shows how many of your agents are currently active — the automated helpers you have set up to work in the background. This is a quick confirmation that the work you have delegated is up and running. To manage, pause, or build agents, open the Agents page from the sidebar.
Credits
The Credits tile shows how much of your plan's allowance remains, along with a usage bar beneath the number. Credits are consumed as you and your agents do work across the platform. The tile lets you keep an eye on your remaining balance without leaving the Dashboard.
Reading the Credits usage bar
The colored bar under the Credits number gives you a visual sense of how much of your allowance you have used. The color shifts as you move through your allowance:
- Green — you have plenty of your allowance remaining. No action needed.
- Amber — you are getting closer to your limit. A good moment to check in on your usage.
- Red — you are near or at the end of your current allowance.
The bar is meant as an easy signal, not a precise gauge — use it to know at a glance whether you have room to spare or should take a closer look. For a detailed breakdown of what is consuming credits over time, open the Usage page from your account menu.
When the tiles are empty
On a brand-new account, some tiles will read zero and the cards below may show messages like "Nothing on the list" or "No conversations yet." That is expected. The tiles and cards fill in on their own as you add tasks, schedule meetings, build agents, and start chatting with your assistant.
If you are just getting started, the "Set up your assistant" checklist on the Dashboard will walk you through the first few steps. It disappears once you have completed all of its items.
Getting more detail
The tiles are a summary. When you want the full picture behind any of them, here is where to go:
- For tasks, meetings, or agents, open the matching tool or page from the left sidebar.
- For a full view of your credit usage, open your account menu and go to Usage.
- To hand new work straight to your assistant, type a request into the "Ask Praxivara" bar at the top of the Dashboard.
Together, the four tiles give you a reliable, one-glance sense of what is on your plate and how much of your plan you have used — a quick pulse check every time you open your workspace.
