There's no separate Praxivara app to download from an app store. Praxivara is a fully responsive web application, so your entire workspace runs in the browser on your phone, tablet, and computer — and you can also reach your assistant through phone channels like text and calls.

Use Praxivara in your mobile browser

Everything you use on a desktop is available on a phone. Open your mobile browser, go to your Praxivara workspace, and sign in as usual. The layout adapts to the smaller screen: the left sidebar becomes a slide-out menu you can open with the menu button, and the Dashboard, Assistant, Agents, Integrations, and workspace tools all resize to fit.

Because it's the same web app, your chats, agents, tasks, and settings stay perfectly in sync no matter which device you pick up. Start a conversation on your laptop and continue it on your phone without missing anything.

Add it to your home screen

If you'd like a one-tap icon that feels like an installed app, most mobile browsers let you save any site to your home screen:

  1. Open your Praxivara workspace in your phone's browser.
  2. Open the browser's share or options menu.
  3. Choose Add to Home Screen (the exact wording depends on your browser).

This creates a shortcut icon on your home screen that opens Praxivara directly, so it behaves much like a downloaded app.

Tip: Adding Praxivara to your home screen is optional. It's simply a browser shortcut — you don't need it to use the product, and all your data lives in your account either way.

Reach your assistant through phone channels

Beyond the browser, Praxivara can come to your phone through connected phone channels. Depending on your plan and setup, you can message and work with your assistant over channels like text and calling, so you can delegate a task or get an answer without opening the web app at all.

You can connect a phone channel during onboarding, or later from the phone channels area of your workspace. Once connected, a message you send from your phone lands in the same assistant that powers your web workspace, and its replies flow back to your account.

Why there's no separate download

It also keeps your workspace secure behind your normal account sign-in rather than spread across separate installs.
