Praxivara does not currently offer a self-service way to download or export your account data in bulk. If you need a copy of information tied to your account, the support team can help you.
How to request your data
Because there's no export button inside Praxivara, data requests are handled directly by our team.
- Reach out to Praxivara support from your account.
- Tell us what you're looking for — for example, your profile details, chat history, or agent configurations.
- Confirm the email address on your account so we can verify the request.
The team will review your request and let you know what can be provided and in what form.
Tip: The more specific you are about what you need, the faster we can help. "A copy of my chat history from last quarter" is easier to act on than "everything on my account."
What you can already see and copy yourself
While there's no single export file, much of your information is visible directly in the product, and you can copy anything you can see.
Profile and organization details
Open Settings and go to your Profile to review the personal and organization details on file — your name, occupation, time zone, and organization information. You can read and copy these at any time.
Chats and conversations
Your conversations with the assistant remain available in the product. You can scroll back through a chat and copy the text you need directly from the conversation.
Agents and their settings
If you've built agents, their instructions, tasks, and configuration are visible on each agent's pages. You can open an agent to review and copy how it's set up.
Why there's no export button
Praxivara focuses on keeping your data accessible inside the product rather than packaging it into downloadable files. Handling requests through support lets us verify who's asking and make sure the right information reaches the right person.
Deleting your account
Data export and account deletion are handled the same way: through the support team. If you want to wind your account down, you can request account deletion from Settings under the Account tab, or by contacting support. If you'd like a copy of anything before your account is closed, ask for it as part of the same conversation, since deletion is permanent.
Note: If you're the only administrator on a company or workspace account, mention that when you contact us so we can guide you through the right steps.
Before you reach out
To help us respond quickly, it's worth having a few things ready:
- The email address associated with your account.
- A clear description of the data you'd like a copy of.
- Any date range or specific items that matter, if your request is narrow.
- Whether this is part of an account deletion or a standalone request.
Once we have those details, the team can confirm what's possible and follow up with next steps.
