An email to your assistant was not answered
The usual reasons an email to your assistant gets no reply: the sending address is not on your list, it was an automatic message, or the reply landed in spam.

Your assistant answers every email it accepts, so no reply almost always means the message was not accepted. Work through these in order.
Check the sending address
Only addresses under Who can email it (open Your devices → Email) get a reply. Mail from any other address is ignored silently — there is no bounce and no error. Common ways this happens:
- You wrote from a work or secondary address you never added, or added but did not confirm with its code.
- Your mail app sent from an alias or a different “From” address than you expected. Check the sent message's From line.
- You forwarded from a shared or group mailbox.
Add the address you actually sent from, enter the code it receives, and send again.
Check the address you wrote to
Your assistant's address is the one shown under Your devices → Email; it ends in @assistant.praxivara.com. A typo in the part before the @ goes nowhere. Copy it from the app rather than retyping it, and save it as a contact.
Was it an automatic message?
Out-of-office replies, calendar notifications, newsletters and other automatically generated mail are ignored on purpose, even from an allowed address. If you want your assistant to look at something like that, forward it yourself with a line saying what you want done.
Look in spam or a filtered folder
The reply is an ordinary email from your assistant's address. If your first reply ever went missing, check spam and any filters or rules, and mark the address as safe.
The address was confirmed but still nothing
- Codes are single-use and expire after a while. If the confirmation failed, remove the address and add it again to get a fresh code.
- Some mail services send from a different domain than the one you see, or rewrite the message on the way out; Praxivara checks that a message really came from the address it claims to, and a message that fails that check is ignored. Sending from the address's own mail app or website, rather than through a third-party tool, usually resolves this.
- A very large attachment may be left out of what your assistant sees; the rest of the email is still answered.
