Praxivara Mail gives you a real email inbox inside the app, so you can send, reply, and forward messages without leaving Praxivara. This guide covers everyday tasks: composing new mail, replying and forwarding, working with attachments, and keeping your inbox organized with folders, labels, and search.
Compose a new message
To start a fresh email from your Praxivara Mail inbox:
- Open Praxivara Mail and select the address you want to send from.
- Choose Compose to open a new message.
- Add one or more recipients in the To field, and use Cc or Bcc if you want to copy others.
- Enter a subject line and write your message in the body.
- Select Send when you're ready.
If you have more than one mail address allocated, double-check the sending address before you send so your message goes out from the right identity.
Tip: Your assistant and agents can work the same mailbox. You can ask your assistant to draft a reply or send a message on your behalf, then review it before it goes out.
Reply and forward
Open any message in your inbox to read it, then choose the response that fits:
- Reply responds to the sender only.
- Reply all responds to the sender and everyone else on the thread.
- Forward passes the message along to someone new, keeping the original content and any attachments.
When you reply or forward, the original message is quoted for context. Add your note above it, adjust the recipients as needed, and send. Related messages stay grouped together so a back-and-forth conversation is easy to follow.
Work with attachments
You can send and receive files through Praxivara Mail just like any other inbox.
Sending attachments
- While composing a message, choose the attach option.
- Select the file or files you want to include.
- Confirm they've been added, then send your message.
Receiving attachments
Files that arrive with incoming mail appear within the message. Open an attachment to preview it, or download it to save a copy. Your assistant can also reference attachments in a mailbox when you ask it to help with a message.
Organize with folders and labels
Folders and labels help you keep a busy inbox under control.
- Folders let you move messages out of the main inbox and into a dedicated place, so you can separate, for example, active work from things you've already handled.
- Labels let you tag messages by topic, client, or priority. A single message can carry more than one label, which makes it easy to group related mail without moving it.
To organize a message, open it (or select it from the list) and choose the option to move it to a folder or apply a label. You can revisit any folder or label from the inbox navigation to see everything grouped there.
Find messages with search
When you need a specific email, use search rather than scrolling. Enter a sender's name, a keyword from the subject or body, or a phrase you remember, and Praxivara Mail returns matching messages. Combine search with folders and labels to narrow results quickly.
Forward your existing inbox
If you'd like mail from an address you already use to land in Praxivara Mail, you can forward it in. Set up forwarding from your current email provider to your Praxivara Mail address, and those messages will arrive in your Praxivara inbox where you and your agents can act on them.
How many addresses you can have
The number of mail addresses you can allocate depends on your plan, with higher plans supporting more addresses. If you need additional inboxes, review your plan options or upgrade to unlock more. Each address behaves as a full inbox with its own sending, replying, folders, labels, and search.
Note: Because your assistant and agents can send and reply from a mailbox, it's worth reviewing outgoing drafts they prepare before sending, especially for external recipients.
