Praxivara Mail gives you real email addresses with a full inbox built right into the app. You can send, receive, reply, and forward — and your assistant and agents can work the same mailbox alongside you.

What Praxivara Mail is

Praxivara Mail lets you allocate genuine email addresses on the Praxivara Mail domain. Each address comes with a complete inbox inside the app: folders, labels, search, and attachments all work the way you would expect from an email client.

Because these are real addresses, you can share them with contacts, use them for sign-ups, or route work through them. Messages sent to the address arrive in your in-app inbox, and anything you send goes out from that address.

Why give an inbox to your agents

The inbox is not just for you. Your assistant and your agents can read, draft, reply to, and organize mail in the addresses you allocate. That means an agent can triage an inbox, respond to routine messages, or handle a mailbox dedicated to a specific workflow — with you able to step in at any time.

Tip: Allocate a dedicated address for a specific job — for example, a support or intake mailbox — and connect an agent to work it. You keep full visibility while the agent handles the routine volume.

Allocate an address

  1. Open Praxivara Mail from your Channels area.
  2. Choose to allocate a new address and pick the name you want on the Praxivara Mail domain.
  3. Confirm to create it. The new address appears with its own inbox, ready to send and receive.

The number of addresses you can allocate depends on your plan. Higher plans allow more addresses, so if you need additional mailboxes you can allocate more up to your plan's limit.

Work your inbox

Each mailbox behaves like a familiar email client:

  • Send and reply — compose new messages or reply and forward existing ones, with attachments.
  • Organize — use folders and labels to keep mail sorted.
  • Search — find messages quickly across the mailbox.
  • Collaborate — let your assistant or an agent draft, reply, and organize on your behalf.

Forward your existing inbox

If you would like to bring your current email into Praxivara Mail, you can set up forwarding from your existing inbox to a Praxivara Mail address. Configure the forwarding rule in your existing email provider, pointing it at the Praxivara Mail address you allocated. Incoming mail will then land in your in-app inbox where you and your agents can act on it.

Manage your addresses

You can allocate additional addresses at any time up to your plan's limit, and manage each mailbox from Praxivara Mail. If your needs change, review your plan to see how many addresses it includes.

Note: Which channels and mail capabilities are available can depend on your plan and on what the platform has enabled. If an option isn't showing, check your plan tier.
