Add a monthly storage pack to your plan and turn on auto top-up so you never run out of space.

If you're running low on space for your files, agent knowledge, and stored data, you can add extra storage to your plan at any time. This article explains how to buy a monthly storage pack and how to turn on automatic top-up so you never run out.
Before you begin
Storage add-ons are managed from the Billing page. Open Settings → Billing (also reachable at /user/billing). You'll need an active plan and at least one payment method on file to add storage.
Note: If your plan is provided through a workspace, billing is handled by your workspace admin. In that case there's nothing for you to buy or manage here — reach out to your admin if you need more storage.
Add a storage pack
A storage pack adds capacity to your account on top of what your plan already includes. To add one:
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Find the storage section of the page, alongside your other add-ons.
- Choose the amount of extra storage you'd like to add.
- Review the order summary, including any applicable tax calculated from your billing address, before you confirm.
- Confirm to apply the add-on to your account.
Your added storage is available right away, and the charge is reflected in your total monthly cost.
Check how much you've used
To see how much of your storage you've already used this period, open Settings → Usage. The Usage page breaks down your storage consumption so you can decide how much extra space you need before you buy.
Turn on automatic storage top-up
If you'd rather not watch your usage manually, you can enable automatic top-up. When it's on, Praxivara adds more storage for you as you approach your limit, so your files and agents keep working without interruption.
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- In the storage section, look for the automatic top-up option.
- Turn it on and confirm your preference.
Top-ups are billed to your default payment method as they occur, and each one appears on your invoices. You can turn automatic top-up off again at any time from the same place.
Tip: Automatic top-up is the simplest way to avoid running out of space during a busy period. If you prefer full control over what you spend, leave it off and add packs manually when the Usage page shows you're getting close.
Managing your storage add-ons
Everything related to your storage add-ons lives on the Billing page:
- Your total cost — your monthly total on the Billing page includes any storage packs you've added, so you always know what you're paying.
- Payment method — storage charges and top-ups use the default card on file. You can add or change your default card from the Billing page at any time.
- Invoices — every storage charge is itemized on your invoices, which you can download from the Billing page.
Troubleshooting
My storage charge didn't go through
A storage purchase or top-up needs a valid default payment method and a complete billing address. If a charge is declined, open the Billing page, confirm your card details are current, and make sure your billing address is filled in and verified. Then try adding the storage again.
I don't see a storage section
If storage options aren't showing, your plan may be managed by a workspace. In that case, storage is handled by your workspace admin rather than from your own Billing page.
