Resuming a subscription you cancelled Guide

Changed your mind after scheduling a cancellation? Resume your subscription before it lapses to keep everything running without interruption.

When you cancel your Praxivara subscription, it doesn't end right away — you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and it simply won't renew after that. If you change your mind during that window, you can resume your subscription so it renews as normal and nothing is interrupted.

Before you start

You can resume any time between cancelling and the moment your access ends. On your Billing page you'll see a Cancels soon status along with the exact date your access is scheduled to end. As long as that date hasn't passed, resuming puts everything back the way it was.

Tip: Resume before your end date to avoid any gap. Once the period ends and the subscription fully lapses, there's nothing left to resume — you'd start a new subscription instead, and any purchased credit packs tied to the old subscription are no longer available.

Resume your subscription

  1. Open Settings and go to the Billing page.
  2. Look for the Cancels soon status near your current plan. It shows the date your access is set to end.
  3. Select the option to resume your subscription.
  4. Confirm when prompted. Your status returns to Active and your usual renewal date is restored.

That's it. You aren't charged anything extra to resume — your subscription simply continues on its normal schedule, and your next charge falls on your regular renewal date.

Confirm everything is back to normal

After resuming, your Billing page should show:

  • An Active status instead of Cancels soon.
  • Your next billing or renewal date, rather than an access-end date.
  • Your current plan and monthly cost unchanged.

If the page still shows the older status, use the option to refresh your billing status to pull in the latest details, then check again.

If your access has already ended

If the cancellation date has passed, the subscription has lapsed and there's no cancellation left to undo. To get going again, start a fresh subscription from the Billing page by choosing a plan. You'll confirm the amount due and your payment method before anything is charged.

Keep a valid card on file

So your renewal goes through smoothly after you resume, make sure at least one valid card is on file and set as your default. From the Billing page you can add a new card, replace an expired one, or change which card is used by default. If a card was recently declined, updating it now avoids a failed renewal later.

If your plan comes through a workspace

If your Praxivara plan is provided through a workspace, billing is managed by your workspace admin. In that case you won't cancel or resume from your own Billing page — reach out to your workspace admin to make any changes to the subscription.
